We collect as little as we can to sell and license InvictusCAD. We don't sell your data or use advertising trackers.

What we collect

• When you buy: Paddle, our Merchant of Record, collects your name, email, billing country and payment details. We receive your email and order details from Paddle; we never see your card.
• When you activate or start a trial: your license key (if any), an identifier InvictusCAD derives from your computer (a one-way hash, not a hardware serial), and your computer's name, so you can tell your computers apart on the My license page.
• When you check in: the same identifier and the date, so we can see which computers are still active.
• Your designs: never. InvictusCAD doesn't upload your files.

Who processes it

• Paddle: payments, tax and invoices (Paddle privacy policy).
• Cloudflare: hosts this site and the license database.
• Resend: delivers license emails.

Your choices

Ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, atsupport@invictuscad.com. Deleting your record also deactivates your license, since we'd no longer know it's yours.

This site uses no cookies of its own. Paddle's checkout sets cookies needed to process payment.
