Terms of Service and License

These terms cover buying and using InvictusCAD, sold by Invictus Cockpit Systems ("we"). By installing or using InvictusCAD you agree to them.

Who you're buying from

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject toPaddle's buyer terms.

Your license

• A license lets one person, or one business seat, use InvictusCAD on up to 2 computers at a time.
• It is perpetual: it does not expire, and you may keep using any version of InvictusCAD released while your updates were current.
• It includes updates released during the 12 months after purchase. An update renewal extends that period by 12 months.
• You may use InvictusCAD for commercial work. Files you create are yours.
• You may not share, resell or publish your license key, or work around activation or license checks.

Free trial

The trial runs for 30 days on one computer with every feature enabled. Files you make during the trial keep working after you buy.

Activation

InvictusCAD activates online and checks in occasionally to confirm the license is still valid. It sends your license key, an anonymous identifier for the computer, and the computer's name. See the privacy policy.

Refunds

See the refund policy. A refunded license is deactivated.

No warranty

InvictusCAD is provided "as is". Always check toolpaths, dimensions and machine setup before cutting material: you are responsible for what your machines do. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid for your license.
